Saw this fella today at about 10:30am as he was turning off West Parade/Chatham Road picked him up outside of KU Eastwood Preschool. He was dragging a green lead after him. Very happy, social dog - no id on collar. Currently safe with us with access to water, cool shade etc. We will take him to the vet later today to check for a microchip. Someone will be missing this little guy so please help us find his peoples!
